Job Description
We are hiring a Solicitor to serve as our Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) a vital role for ensuring our legal practice remains compliant, efficient, and informed. As our COLP, you will take the lead in ensuring the firm's compliance with the SRA Standards and Regulations. You will remotely supervise some staff, review legal files, monitor updates to legal policies, and assist in shaping internal practices in line with evolving regulatory standards.

- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
- Stay updated on changes in law, cyber security policy HR policy staff policy.
- Assist in policy-making and procedural improvements.
- Provide compliance-related training and support to staff as needed.
