Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solar/Electrical Site Manager to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems and electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven 10 years of site management experience, and the ability to lead teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations for solar and electrical projects. Supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment. Coordinate with design and project management teams to resolve site issues. Conduct inspections and ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and standards. Monitor project progress and ensure that it is completed on time and within budget. Ensure all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements are strictly followed on site. Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of completed systems.
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in solar or electrical Design & installation projects. Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, cabling, and electrical layouts. Knowledge of UAE electrical standards and DEWA/SEWA/FEWA regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
