Job Description

Supervise the installation of Tracker Installation, solar panels on site. Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and ensure that it is completed on time and within budget. Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality standards. Conduct site inspections and tests to ensure that the solar system is operating correctly and efficiently. Prepare reports and documentation on project progress and technical specifications. Manage and supervise the work of other engineers, technicians, and contractors on site.
Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering or related field Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in solar project installation and management Strong knowledge of solar panel installation, mounting structures, inverters, and electrical systems Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards in solar energy Experience in managing and supervising teams of engineers, technicians, and contractors Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on site
