Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our Solar Division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar sales, excellent communication skills in Arabic, and a proven ability to manage both regional and local markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for solar products across the MENA region and UAE. Identify and engage potential clients, including EPCs, developers, and distributors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals. Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to support client needs. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics. Participate in regional solar exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in solar sales, preferably within the MENA region. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Strong understanding of solar technologies, market dynamics, and customer needs. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel across the region as needed. UAE residency or valid work permit preferred.
