This position is a unique opportunity to be involved in solar project and perform O&M activities at multiple sites in Dubai.

Your main duties will be to:-

\xc2\xb7 Plan and supervise solar panels cleaning activities using robots and manual brushes

\xc2\xb7 Perform daily multiple sites monitoring on VCOM(Meteo Control) monitoring system

\xc2\xb7 Fill up work orders and service reports

\xc2\xb7 Prepare Monthly Client\'s HSE and O&M reports

\xc2\xb7 Follow each sites Permit to Work requirements

\xc2\xb7 Carries out tool box talks and follows Client\'s and Company\'s HSE requirements

\xc2\xb7 Carries out routine preventive maintenance of electrical and solar equipment according to schedules, check lists and specific equipment requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Assists in planning annual shutdown and major equipment turnarounds and carries out a complete overhaul of Electrical equipment.

\xc2\xb7 Reassembles and tests equipment in accordance with requirements or tests schedules.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in the monitoring of electrical equipment for its healthiness.

\xc2\xb7 Strict Adherence to Plants Safety Protocols & Good housekeeping.

\xc2\xb7 Contribution to Continuous Improvement by providing suggestions, initiating modifications to

\xc2\xb7 Improve Reliability of Equipment/ Process, Improve Safety, Improve Maintainability, Reduce Cost.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain history cards for the electrical equipment.

\xc2\xb7 Perform Technical investigation to determine the root cause of failure.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the support of Company Safety, Environment and Quality policies and programs, and carrying out specific duties and responsibilities related to the job.

\xc2\xb7 Management system documentation, policies, procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare each sites Method Statements for cleaning and maintenance activities

Profile

Ideally you will have graduated in Electrical engineering with a minimum experience of 5 years in solar projects.

You are fluent in English.

You are good at problem solving skills.

You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Recognized Instrument Apprenticeship or equivalent training scheme,
