We are looking for skilled and motivated Solar Installation Technicians to join our growing renewable energy team. The role involves installing, wiring, and maintaining solar PV systems (residential, commercial, or industrial). The ideal candidate should have minimum 4 Years of hands-on experience in solar or electrical installation and a passion for clean energy.
Key Responsibilities
Install and assemble solar panels, mounting structures, and inverters.
Perform electrical wiring, termination, and testing of solar systems.
Assist in site preparation, measurements, and cable routing.
Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of solar PV systems.
Ensure safety compliance and proper use of tools and PPE.
Support engineers and supervisors in commissioning and site inspections.
Requirements:
Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy.
4 years of experience in solar PV installation or electrical works.
Good understanding of DC/AC systems, wiring, and connections.
Ability to work at heights and outdoors under various weather conditions.
Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
UAE driving license preferred.
