We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Solar Engineer to join our team and take responsibility for the design, implementation, and maintenance of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV), thermal, and concentrated solar systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical, mechanical, and thermodynamic systems, as well as familiarity with applicable construction standards and regulations.
The Solar Engineer will be involved in assessing potential installation sites, recommending appropriate system types, managing installations and operations, and troubleshooting system issues. Additionally, the role includes customizing energy solutions to meet specific customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain solar energy systems and related equipment, including PV, thermal, and concentrated solar technologies
- Apply knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and thermodynamic systems in line with construction standards and regulatory requirements
- Assess potential sites for solar installations and provide guidance on optimal system type and placement
- Manage the installation, maintenance, and operation of solar energy systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure continuous performance and reliability
- Customize energy products or services to meet specific customer requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering from a reputed institution
- Certification in Solar Energy (preferred)
- Technical expertise in solar systems; knowledge of other renewable energy sectors is desirable
