The developer will be tasked with adjusting various modules, then verifying the blockchain's security. The company is developing one-of-a-kind cannabis ERP software that enables cannabis businesses to more efficiently manage their retail sales, inventory, manufacturing, and customer and regulatory management. Job Responsibilities:

Establish and specify specified deliverables for a project or initiative

Determine risks and make plans for mitigating them, get obstacles out of the way, and quickly fill team gaps

Make sure the team keeps the app's stability and performance up to standards

Take full accountability for promoting changes and monitoring the project's execution to ensure success as determined by adherence to criteria of scope, budget, and timing

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer

Prolific experience working with Solana and related technologies

Demonstrable experience with Blockchain, Rust, and React

Some experience with Node.js and Tailwind CSS is nice to have

Excellent English communication skills
