Fully remote position,

based in Tunisia and will work remotely

in Qatar. Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment for video conferencing and remote work. Key responsibilities: System Design & Engineering support Conduct remote consultations with clients (residential, commercial, and industrial) to assess their energy needs and propose solar solutions. Design customized solar energy systems (including PV panels, batteries, inverters) using solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope). Perform load analysis and energy consumption calculations to determine optimal system size for each client. Project Management & Coordination Oversee and manage solar installation projects from initial design to system activation remotely, ensuring timely and successful project completion. Ensure efficient communication and project tracking using project management tools Customer Support & Technical Assistance Provide remote support for ongoing system performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Guide customers in the operation and maintenance of their solar systems. Answer technical inquiries and help resolve issues regarding solar panel performance, inverters, and storage systems. Sales Support & Pre-Sales Consulting Support the sales team by providing technical expertise, conducting site assessments remotely (via video or satellite imagery), and preparing proposals for potential clients. Assist in developing customer-focused presentations and cost/benefit analyses for solar energy projects. Monitoring & Optimization Utilize remote monitoring software to track the performance of installed solar systems in Qatar. Analyze system data to identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions to improve energy efficiency. Regulatory Compliance & Local Knowledge Stay updated on renewable energy regulations, incentives, and policies. Ensure that all systems designed and managed comply with local laws and standards for renewable energy installations. Continuous Learning & Industry Engagement Stay current with the latest solar technologies, trends, and industry best practices globally.
