Key Responsibilities:
Design solar PV systems according to project specifications and site assessments.
Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and documentation for proposals and installations.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
Conduct or support site visits when needed.
Assist the sales team by providing technical inputs, design proposals, and quotations.
(Optional) Engage in client meetings and help close deals to earn additional sales commissions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in solar system design using tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar software.
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Sales experience or interest in sales is an advantage.
Compensation:
Base salary based on experience.
Additional commission for successful sales.
