Identify prospective merchants to launch Resto Guru as a restaurant management method on their platforms, proactively approach them to explain the business benefits of the product
Contact and qualify potential customers
Set appointments and follow up on leads
Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Maintain existing relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
Requirements to apply
At least 2 years of Telesales experience, preferably Software Sales Experience related to F&B
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
High level of confidence in own abilities, resilience, and ability to cope with rejection
A positive attitude and approach
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
You will be working in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment therefore you must present skills that show your willingness to adapt to any situation that may arise. Being keen and a willingness to \xe2\x80\x9cjump in\xe2\x80\x9d is key.
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel is necessary.
