We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Software Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and drive business growth for our software and ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Present software and ERP solutions to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Analyze market trends and monitor competitors.
Coordinate with technical teams to deliver suitable solutions to clients.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in software or ERP sales.
Proven experience in managing a sales team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar) is a plus.
