Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities and manage key client relationships
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
IT & Technical Management
Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and software solutions
Coordinate with technical teams on implementation and support projects
Ensure system security, performance, and data integrity
Align IT solutions with business and customer requirements
Management & Reporting
Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
Coordinate between sales, technical, and management teams
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in
Sales Management and IT/Technology Management
Strong understanding of IT systems, software solutions, or ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
UAE experience is an advantage
