Software Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to focus on selling our ERP, HR - CRM software solutions in the UAE. The right candidate will understand both the technical and business sides of ERP, build strong relationships, and close deals with organizations ranging from SMEs to larger enterprises.

Key Responsibilities



Prospect new clients in the UAE: identify leads in target industries, cold-call, network, follow up, etc. Manage full sales cycle: qualify requirements, give demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, close sales. Collaborate with pre-sales / technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs. Maintain and update sales pipeline using CRM tools. Achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets. Maintain knowledge of ERP/software product features, updates, market competition, and industry trends. Represent the company at industry events/trade shows/client site visits. Provide feedback from customers to help improve products/offerings. Identify and target law firms in the UAE who would benefit from HR systems & CRM tools (case/client management, contact tracking, billing integrations, etc.). Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with legal sector clients.
Provide feedback from clients to help shape product enhancements suited for law firms.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven experience

(e.g., 2-4 years, depending on seniority) selling ERP / enterprise software in the UAE or GCC region. Strong understanding of business processes (finance, manufacturing, supply chain, HR, etc.) and how ERP systems support them. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to perform demos/presentations to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong network and relationships in the UAE business community are a big plus. Self-driven, goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Languages: Fluent in English, and Arabic /or other regional languages is an advantage.
