Objective (Position Summary)

The Software QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Cloudcom's CPaaS solutions through thorough

manual testing practices

, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking. The role will also involve

basic exposure to test automation

, supporting automation efforts to improve test coverage and efficiency while maintaining high product quality and optimal user experience.

Responsibilities

Design, document, and execute

manual test cases

for functional, regression, and exploratory testing. Review system requirements and specifications to ensure complete test coverage. Identify, log, track, and retest defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate closely with development and product teams to clarify requirements and validate fixes. Perform

manual API testing

for CPaaS solutions to ensure proper integrations and functionality. Participate in regression testing cycles before releases. Support and execute

existing automated test scripts

and assist in maintaining automation assets. Contribute to basic automation activities under guidance to enhance testing efficiency. Prepare clear test reports and provide testing status updates to stakeholders. Follow QA best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Requirements

1. Degree of Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Total Working Experience

3 to 4 years

of professional experience in software testing, with a

strong focus on manual testing

and basic exposure to automation.

3. Total Experience in Field

3 to 4 years

of hands-on experience in

manual testing

for software development projects, preferably within

cloud-based or CPaaS environments

.

4. Qualifications Necessary for the Vacancy

Strong understanding of

manual testing methodologies

, QA processes, and defect life cycle. Proven experience in designing and executing

manual test cases

, test scenarios, and test plans. Hands-on experience in

manual API testing

(using tools such as Postman or similar). Basic knowledge of test automation concepts and ability to support or execute existing automated tests.

5. Set of Skills Necessary for the Vacancy

Solid experience in

manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing

. Familiarity with

automation tools

such as Selenium or similar (basic level). Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) is a plus. Experience using

bug tracking tools

and test management systems. Familiarity with

CI/CD concepts

and version control systems (e.g., Git) is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

6. Specific Degrees, Certifications, etc., Needed for the Vacancy

ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level

or equivalent (preferred). Advanced or automation-related certifications are a plus, not mandatory. * Cloud-related certifications are an advantage but not required.
