We are looking for a highly motivated
Software Product Owner & Project Manager
to join our team! If you are passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions, managing projects efficiently, and ensuring that products meet business and user needs, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories. Prioritize product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features. Oversee project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful execution. Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Monitor and improve project processes for better efficiency and effectiveness. Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience
as aProduct Owner, Project Manager, or in a similar role
in a software development environment. Strong knowledge ofAgile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
and project management frameworks. Experience working withcross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.)
. Excellentcommunication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
. Ability tomanage multiple projects
simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity withJira.
Stronganalytical and decision-making skills
. A background insoftware development or IT
is a plus.Fluency in Arabic is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
