Role Description

We are seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to join our Dubai, UAE team. This role plays a key part in delivering successful product implementations by managing configuration, validation, issue resolution, and user enablement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure a seamless deployment experience.

Responsibilities

Manage and support multiple concurrent customer implementations while meeting agreed timelines and quality standards. Conduct requirement gathering workshops, understand customer processes, and translate needs into clear functional specifications. Configure system modules, workflows, and settings as per approved requirements and implementation plans. Assist managers in preparing functional documents, process flows, UAT scripts, implementation checklists, and related documentation. Coordinate closely with development and DB teams to validate enhancements, resolve defects, and support release alignment. Perform detailed functional testing of web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and integrations to ensure expected system behavior. Execute end-to-end testing including positive/negative testing, edge cases, regression, and scenario-based validation. Install, configure, and validate application components in staging and pre-production environments. Conduct UAT sessions with customers, capture feedback, maintain defect logs, and track closure through to acceptance. Document issues, resolutions, change requests, and ensure proper communication with stakeholders. Support data migration activities including validation, mapping checks, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science 3-5 years of experience working as a Software Implementation Specialist

Skills Required

Experience working on enterprise-level software implementations Strong knowledge in MS SQL Server and Database Concepts The candidate should be able to troubleshoot and problem solve. Very good proficiency in MS Office Tools Ability to perform functional testing and validate system behavior. Strong attention to detail with good documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
