Our client likes individuals who can be versatile and are not afraid of using their past experience as a Software Engineer to help drive the team where required.As an Engineering Manager, you will come from a hands-on Development background and have the ability to still be hands on as and when required, particularly with design and architecture. Required Experience: Proven experience of managing Software teams who are developing cutting edge software in languages such as Java, C++, Python, Go, JavaScript or Ruby.3+ years of Software Management ExperienceKnowledge of Microservices and scalable systemsExcellent written and spoken English Language skills Advantageous Experience: Asynchronous programming and scalable systems experienceRelational database design and/or open-source RDBMS systems such as MySQL and PostSQLExperience of Perl or Node.jsLinux and other open-source platforms.Our client offers an excellent salary based upon experience as well as leading benefits such as annual Bonus, medical, housing and transportation allowance and work permit.
