We process millions of events every day to provide insights and recommendations to our customers with regard to their infrastructure security and compliance posture as well as prevent non-compliant changes from going out to production. We are looking for passionate and energetic software engineers with experience building and managing highly available and scalable cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate is expected to take ownership and drive solutions to technically challenging problems. You will be working with global and diverse engineering teams from Seattle, San Francisco, London, and Berlin among others at the forefront of cloud-native technologies. We want you to help us build innovative solutions for enterprises adopting Kubernetes, GitOps, and Security-as-Code

Responsibilities
- Work with the product team to understand requirements and define milestones
- Work with other software engineers to design and build highly scalable and highly available SaaS and on-prem products
- Participate in design and code reviews for new features and legacy code
- Troubleshoot and debug software in dev and production environments
- Write unit tests and integration tests of your software to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Participate in on-call rotations with the rest of the engineering organization
- Contribute to improving the engineering processes and workflows
- Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of professional software development experience
- Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Go, Java, C++, or C#
- Experience with SQL or No-SQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
- Good understanding of object-oriented design best practices
- Good understanding of client-server architecture or microservices
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment
- Strong sense of ownership and customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication
- GoLang development experience.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes internals and APIs
- Experience in cloud security
