What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and data to deliver business outcomes
• Design, develop, test, and release software solutions in small, iterative batches
• Own and innovate the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) of assigned services
• Ensure scalability, quality, and security across distributed systems and microservices
• Apply XP, Lean, and Continuous Delivery practices to maximize flow and minimize waste
• Support continuous improvement within the team to foster self-organization and agile maturity
• Critically review and simplify technical processes, systems, and workflows

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience, preferably in XP environments
• Proficiency in .NET, Golang, and C#
• Strong experience with TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Refactoring, and Simple Design
• Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Strong background in distributed systems architecture, including event-driven and RESTful services
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Experience with Trunk Based Development and Continuous Delivery pipelines
• Strong testing skills with focus on automation and end-to-end quality assurance
• Excellent communication skills, growth mindset, and ability to empathize with user needs
