Posi/on Summary

LOANS&HOMES is growing fast--and we're looking for a smart, hands-on SoRware Engineer to lead

the implementaNon, customizaNon, and ongoing development of our CRM and internal IT systems.

You'll play a criNcal role in building the digital infrastructure that powers our mortgage business--

from CRM automaNon and integraNons to sta? training, technical support, and system upgrades. If

you love problem-solving, streamlining processes, and building pracNcal tech that directly supports

business growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibili/es:

Lead the implementaNon of our CRM system (Pipedrive, Zoho, or equivalent) Customize pipelines, fields, automaNon, and user access based on department needs Train sta? on CRM usage and develop basic user guides ConNnuously improve CRM usability and performance through updates and workflows Integrate CRM with email, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, markeNng tools, etc. Set up and maintain company-wide IT systems: user access, backups, soRware tools Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues when neede Research and recommend new tools/soluNons that improve operaNons and e?ciency
Requirements:

Who We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in soRware engineering or IT systems administraNon Strong understanding of CRM plaborms like Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot
