Jacobs is looking for a talented Software Developer to join our Cities and Places team in Dubai. You will be given the opportunity to develop software\xe2\x80\x99s, whilst also working collaboratively with the Cities & Places sector. In addition, you will also meet the following requirements:-

• Demonstrated experience with web API development (e.g. Vue.js, React, Angular Node.js, ASP.NET).
• Proficient understanding of web markup, protocol and client-side scripting technologies in general, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, REST API, Vue.js, React, Angular, Node.js.
• Experience with desktop development (.NET apps, UI automation).
• Optimizing and creating UX and UI to visualize big data.
• Solid background in cloud hosting, build and deployment in the cloud.
• Experience with DevOps principles and techniques, source code control and automation.

• 
  Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 5 + years of industry experience in developing web-based client-server applications using .NET and Java platform as well as web application server setup/configuration.
