Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain complex . application programs; devise and modify programs to resolve complex . system or coding problems. . Gathering requirements from end users through interview-like . interaction, analyze the requirements to ensure completeness and . accuracy, and document them in the appropriate template. . Conceptualize, design, construct, test, and implement portions of . business and technical information technology solutions through . application of appropriate software development life cycle . methodology . Follow the coding standards and the release and deployment . processes as per GF IT standards and processes. . Coordinate and collaborate with others in analyzing collected . requirements to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer . needs and expectations. . Prepare system documentation. Establish and maintain security, . integrity, and business continuity controls and documents. . Diagnose and isolate complex application software problems; . formulate and implement effective solutions considering system . capacity, limitations, time requirements, and desired results in order to . resolve system problems and prevent reoccurrence.
