Software Architect, ReactJS, .NET, Microservices, AWS \xe2\x80\x93 Dubai

You must be a hands-on software architect, involved in leading projects with senior stakeholders. You will be joining a team working on fantastic projects across multiple business verticals.

Candidates must be based in Dubai or the UAE to be considered. The client does not offer a relocation package at this time.
Responsibilities

• Develop architectural solutions for databases, user interfaces, and web services.
• Lead projects from end to end, liaising with senior stakeholders on project updates, completion and launch.
• Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product.
• Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards.
• Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design.
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to other team members.
• Suggest and implement solutions for process improvement.
• Conduct testing to ensure optimal functionality.
• Assign tasks to members of the development team.
• Conduct cost analysis to ensure projects remain within budget

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years\' experience working in a Software role, mainly within Software architecture
• Must understand the concepts of software engineering and the Software Development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Deep programming language knowledge, including ReactJS, .NET, NodeJS and C#.
• Must be highly experienced with Cloud technologies such as AWS (desired) and Azure.
• Background in service-oriented architecture (SOA) and Distributed Services (Microservices).
• Able to lead a team effectively.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.
• Extensive understanding of architectural styles and design patterns.
• Experience with database design and data modeling.
