Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Administrator to take ownership of our Zoho Inventory system. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing user rights, troubleshooting, and developing customized solutions using features such as web tabs, notifications, and various Zoho Inventory functionalities. The ideal candidate will study our business processes and implement them effectively within the Zoho Inventory platform. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of creating applications to extract or input data into Zoho Inventory. Responsibilities:
  • System Management: Administer and maintain the Zoho Inventory system. Manage user roles and permissions to ensure security and accessibility.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly. Provide support and guidance to users encountering system-related problems.
  • Development: Utilize Zoho Inventory features, such as notifications, customization and Automation for system enhancements.
  • Create customized solutions to address specific business needs within the Zoho Inventory framework.
  • Business Process Integration: Study and understand the organization\'s business processes. Implement and optimize these processes within Zoho Inventory.
  • Application Development: Develop applications to extract or feed data into Zoho Inventory, integrating with other systems if necessary. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the platform.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Software Administrator, preferably with expertise in Zoho Inventory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Zoho Inventory functionalities. Experience in developing custom solutions using web tabs, notifications, and other features. Knowledge of scripting languages and application development.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and map complex business processes.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in technology and business requirements. Proactive in staying updated with the latest Zoho Inventory features and updates.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
  • Zoho: An Ideal Candidate must have the prior Zoho experience.
