Minimum 5-7 years in soft services management, preferably in UAE's hospitality sector

Job Purpose:



To oversee and manage all soft services operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, guest experience, and staff efficiency within hospitality establishments (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, etc.) or related facilities.

Key Responsibilities:



Soft Services Operations Management:

Supervise housekeeping, laundry, pest control, waste management, and other related services. Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and hygiene regulations (DHA, DM, ADM, etc.). Implement best practices in cleaning, sanitation, and guest room upkeep.

Team Leadership & Training:

Lead, train, and motivate soft services teams (housekeeping, stewarding, etc.). Conduct performance reviews and ensure staff adherence to SOPs.

Guest Experience & Quality Control:

Maintain luxury standards in room cleanliness, public areas, and back-of-house operations. Address guest complaints related to hygiene or service promptly. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure service excellence.

Vendor & Inventory Management:

Manage contracts with third-party suppliers (linen, cleaning chemicals, uniforms, etc.). Monitor stock levels and optimize resource utilization.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

Prepare and manage departmental budgets. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Sustainability & Innovation:

Promote eco-friendly practices (waste reduction, green cleaning products). Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Proven experience in

UAE's hospitality sector

(hotels, resorts, FM companies). Strong knowledge of

HACCP, ISO standards, and Dubai Municipality guidelines

. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, HotSOS).

Preferred:



Certification in Housekeeping/Hygiene Management. Arabic language skills (advantageous).
