- We are currently recruiting top talent for the role of Soft Facilities Management Specialist for our client in Dubai
Job description
- Professional certification or license in facilities management or engineering
- Proven experience with a minimum of 4 years in Soft facilities management
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse team.
- Experience working in Retail, Hospitality, Aviation, Commercial property management and F&B.
- Familiarity with sustainable practices and energy-efficient technologies.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance and operational challenges.
- Notions of computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software and Microsoft Office Suite user.
- Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and safety standards related to facilities management
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
- Working hours: 9.5 hours by shift, 5 days a week
