Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on social statistical projects, methodologies, and data processes in accordance with international statistical standards.
• Develop policies, technical frameworks, and methodologies for collecting, processing, and analyzing social data and indicators.
• Participate in setting objectives, plans, and programs related to social statistics and studies in alignment with government strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by coordinating with relevant authorities and implementing automated audit procedures.
• Supervise all phases of social data preparation, validation, and dissemination through smart and electronic platforms.
• Conduct in-depth research, studies, and analyses on social issues and submit detailed findings to the relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with data providers to harmonize definitions, classifications, and methodologies across social datasets.
• Prepare and update statistical tables, reports, and social indicators, ensuring timely publication and accessibility.
• Develop and enhance systems for social data production, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to global best practices.
• Propose improvements to data collection, processing, and dissemination methods to meet the evolving needs of stakeholders.
• Monitor data flow and continuity from multiple sources to support long-term social forecasting.
• Contribute to capacity building by providing technical support and training in social data collection and analysis.
• Participate in committees, task forces, and technical meetings, providing professional input and recommendations.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and progress reports for social statistical projects.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Sociology, or Demography.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in social statistics, data analysis, or government statistical research.
• Strong knowledge of international social data standards, classification systems, and survey methodologies.
• Expertise in statistical software and data processing tools such as SPSS, STATA, SAS, or R.
• Proven ability to design and manage large-scale statistical studies and social indicators.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and report-writing skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
