Job Summary:

We are seeking a

creative and experienced Social Media Manager

to lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

professional photoshoots, content creation, editing, and managing multiple social media platforms

, ensuring consistent brand voice and high engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage high-quality content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Coordinate and conduct professional photoshoots and videography for products, events, or campaigns. Edit images, videos, and graphics to maintain a polished and cohesive brand aesthetic. Schedule and publish content across platforms using social media management tools. Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity to optimize content strategy. Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online community. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align social media campaigns with business objectives. Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to track growth and engagement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Experience in professional photoshoots and content production. Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.). Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team. Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
