Specialist
to join our fast-growing real estate team! You'll be the visual voice of our brand across platforms -- shooting content, editing reels, managing our social presence, and helping us showcase beautiful homes like never before
Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit property videos, agent promos, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging Reels, Stories, Shorts, and other platform-specific video formats.
Develop and execute a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent, timely posting.
Curate, create, and publish compelling content--photos, videos, infographics, and reels--that highlights our properties and market expertise.
Engage with our online community respond to enquiries, build relationships, and manage campaigns.
Monitor and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, ROI), using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
Stay ahead of social media trends in Dubai's luxury real estate space, recommending new platforms, formats, or tools.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2-5 years of professional experience in social media/content roles--real estate experience is a bonus.
Strong visual storytelling skills; proficiency with Canva and Adobe Suite preferred.
Excellent writing and verbal English communication skills. Additional language is a big plus.
Strong analytical capabilities with familiarity on metrics-driven reporting.
Self-starter with great time?management skills and a keen eye for detail.
