The Role:We are looking for a qualified Social Media Specialist to join our team in AbuDhabi i! We are expecting you to be experienced in social media, digital and analytics. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our clients brand and manage all community communications.

Role Responsibilities

• Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
• Provide engaging English and Arabic content
• Coordinate and work closely with the creative team for assets and video creation for all social media accounts
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews and comments
• Coordinate with the creative, paid digital and Communications teams
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
• Benchmark against local, regional and international competitorsQualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies
• Arabic and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
• Hands-on experience with social media management
• Ability to interpret website traffic
• Knowledge of online marketing
• Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant
