SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST / CONTENT WRITER We are recruiting a Social Media Specialist / Content Writer to supervise and manage all strategic and operative marketing aspects of the Company. As a Social Media Specialist, you are responsible to handle the marketing activities and content creation. You should grab the attention of customers and community and market the products and services. Responsibilities:

Write content for articles, blog posts and social media
Crafting and execute strategies for all Marketing areas, including Digital, Advertising,Communications and Creative
You are responsible for developing a social media strategy and for managing the Social Media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn). Furthermore, you create, schedule and publish content across the Social Media channels ensuring alignment with the broader marketing, campaigns, editorial plans.
You manage result-oriented campaigns on social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram.
Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns, withthe focus on the racing season
Oversee and execute the implementation of the marketing strategy
Prepare online, social media, broadcast and event marketing campaigns in the field of gaming and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives
Manage and refine the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s social media presence
Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing channels are updated on a regularbasis.
Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs

Requirements:

Experience in the Gaming industry is desired, ideally Metaverse-Game experience
Proven experience as Social Media Specialist or in other marketing position
Experience in developing profitable marketing strategies and measures
Strong understanding of corporate marketing and performance marketing principles
Familiarity with diverse functions such as online marketing, PR, community marketing etc.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English
Degree in marketing or relevant field
Event organisation experience (virtual / physical)
