Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist & Media Buyer to manage, grow, and optimize our social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytics to design campaigns that drive engagement, bookings, and brand loyalty, while also managing guest communication and campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand goals and KPIs Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content tailored to each platform Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, comments, and leads across social platforms Manage and nurture leads to drive bookings and engagement Prepare detailed reports on campaigns, leads, and social media performance Collaborate with the marketing and content team to ensure cohesive brand messaging

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Media Buyer, or similar role Hands-on experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Display a plus) Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns Creative thinking and attention to detail Experience in customer service, guest handling, or lead management is a plus Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is a plus
