We are looking for a bright, dynamic, and result-driven Social Media and Content Executive to support in executing corporate and commercial digital and social media marketing campaigns. • What you will be doing:

As a Social Media and Content Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's social media platforms on a daily basis. You will also be in charge of developing and implementing marketing strategies, such as taking photos and videos and creating captivating content for social media, monitoring user engagement and reporting on a monthly basis will be a crucial part of your job. You will be encouraged to think outside the box, and create content that sets us apart from our competitors and build a strong online presence.

Plan, create and execute marketing campaigns across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok) and community management

Shoot professional product pictures and videos and visit our factory and finished sites to shoot social media content.

Increase engagement by generating, editing, sharing and publishing daily content on the social media and web pages

Work on the website development, SEO and online campaigns

Develop, implement and manage the company's social media strategy

Report monthly, measure the success of social media campaigns, suggest enhancements and present KPIs

Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Create and maintain a content calendar 3 months ahead of time.

Generate unique content ideas for each social media channel.

Respond to social media comments/DMs , customer calls and feedback on every post.

Implement editorial calendar to manage and plan timely Social and E-mail marketing campaigns

Competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

• What you need to have:

- Proven experience in managing successful social media accounts and campaigns

- 2+ years of customer service experience

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices

- Excellent Photography and Videography skills (Reels)

- Very passionate about social media and its varied aspects

- Fluent in English And Arabic

- Willing to relocate to Fujairah- UAE

• Your skills:

- Excellent Customer Service

- Deep knowledge of keyword research, campaign

- Photography and Videography skills

- Capable of understanding the power of content and how it fuels engagement and fan base growth

- Creative and be capable of coming up with out of the box ideas

- Excellent digital and social media marketing skills

- High skills in writing and storytelling to create interesting content

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactivity and ability to self-direct

- Professionalism and punctuality

• Nice if you have:

- Strong interpersonal skills with a 'can-do' attitude

- Familiar with systems and applications, with a willingness and aptitude to learn (Prior hands-on knowledge of Propspace, Hubspot, Website CMS, EDM software, Facebook/Instagram ad manager, Google Analytics would be advantageous)

- Fresh and innovative approach to B2B marketing

- Good understanding of social media KPIs

- Google Content Network (Experience in Google AdWords, Google Analytics)
