Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Social Media Specialist

to manage our online presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in

video creation, content production, editing, and media buying

, with the ability to plan and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, and posts) across all social media platforms. Capture high-quality

videos and photos

during treatments, events, and promotions for use in marketing campaigns. Edit videos using professional software (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Final Cut, or similar) to produce polished and creative content. Develop and implement

monthly content calendars

aligned with the brand's objectives and campaigns. Manage

media buying

across platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google, etc.) to optimize ad performance and budget utilization. Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align social media efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Social Media Specialist

,

Content Creator

, or

Digital Marketer

. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Proficiency in

video shooting, editing, and creative storytelling

. Experience in

media buying and ad management

(Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads). Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Photography or videography background is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. Knowledge of beauty, wellness, or fitness industry trends (preferred). Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
