As a part of business expansion, we are currently hiring SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media Strategy:
  • Build and execute a robust social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Content Creation and Publishing:
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act.
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company\xe2\x80\x99s social content. Platform Management:
  • Manage and oversees social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google My Business et.)
Schedule posts, monitor comments, and respond to audience enquiries. Community Management:
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
Foster community engagement through comments, likes, and shares. Content Optimization:
  • Optimize content for publication across various social media sites.
Schedule content for release at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics to assess the success of campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPI). Data Analysis:
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analysing social data/metrics, insights, and best practices.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with influencers and other brands for cross-promotions.
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions. Trend Analysis:
  • Stay undated on industry trends and social media best practices.
Recommend and implement new strategies to enhance social media presence. Monthly Analyses:
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media activities. Crisis Management:
  • Address and manage any negative comments or crises on social media.
Implement crisis communication strategies when necessary. Qualifications:
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Understanding of processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements, specifically for Meta Business.
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
