Job Summary: Looking for experienced and talented Social Media Specialist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details

• Create social media campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Preserve a strong online company voice using social media
• Maintain the brand consistency in marketing and social media messages through working with various company department members such as advertising, product development etc
• Offer training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices
• Develop and implement social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking among others
• Build the company social media presence into new social media platforms and increase presence on existing platforms
• Conduct research and monitor the activities of the company competitors
• Create, edit, publish and share daily content
• Inform the management about the progress
• Converse with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner
• Update all user-generated content in line with the company\'s social media policy
• Perform any other relevant task

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Must have a relevant Bachelors Degree
• Should be female with one to two years of experience in the same role required
• Should have good copywriting skills
• Excellent knowledge in content management
• Good communication and customer service skills required
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Excellent knowledge of online marketing channels
• Should be able to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
• Should have project management skills
