Job Description

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. You will work closely with the design and content team to create compelling content, manage social media accounts, and monitor analytics to optimize our social media performance. Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative and engaging social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram and YouTube. Research, create and curate high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, to promote our products and services and maintain a consistent brand voice. Manage and monitor social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing content, responding to comments and messages, and proactively engaging with our online community. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective. Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion, and customer sentiment, and use the insights to optimize future campaigns. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the industry. Collaborate the designers and content teams, to ensure brand consistency and seamless execution of social media initiatives. Keep abreast of relevant industry news and developments and provide recommendations on how to leverage them for our social media efforts. Monitor and address customer feedback and inquiries on social media channels, ensuring a timely and professional response. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective demographics, and best practices for engagement and growth. Excellent research skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools. Demonstrated experience in creating and executing successful social media campaigns. Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to integrate social media strategies into broader marketing initiatives. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media ideas. Strong analytical skills and exposure to tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc. to track and interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Job Type: Full-time
