Primary contact for clients and internal colleague inquiries, including and not limited to, client meetings, campaign?s coverage and usage analysis, prospective client requirements (i.e., content, briefing, etc.). ? Deliver excellent client?s service and care (i.e., data, feeds, service), account/sales coverage assignments, and all forms of escalation to ensure client satisfaction. ? Oversight of client due diligence questionnaire process, internal cross departmental relationship (i.e., documentation and/or participation), and deep dive related requests applicable to the client portfolios. ? Responsible for content, production and client collaboration of due diligence and board meeting presentation decks. ? Analyze client requirements, including any regulatory related initiatives, and collaborate with the leadership team, product management or technology for the design, development, and implementation of operational improvement of current campaigns. ? Manage all outbound client?s statements including incident notifications, influencers analysis, and if necessary, hosts bridge line communication during extreme file delay scenarios. ? Collaborate and partner with account and sales teams by analyzing asset class utilization, and service enhancements to drive revenue and close REPS related deals. ? Monthly revenue reporting of open pipeline and closed sales opportunities. ? Collaborate with Marketing team to generate web-based content including webinars, campaigns and webpages content, as well as internal and external print collateral. ? Gathering feedback from clients or prospects, influencers and sharing it with internal teams. ? Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
