About The Company: A leading boutique firm having wast network of connections and highly specializing on investment opportunities of the residential segment of a real estate market of the United Arab Emirates, including Portfolio Management, Leasing, Sales, Purchases and many others services. A Social Media Specialist is responsible for overseeing one or more social media accounts for a business. Their duties include creating and updating social media posting schedules, replying to comments from subscribers or liking tagged photos and coordinating with other professionals to determine how to market a brand and its products or services using social media. :

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
1 year of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
Strong creative mindset.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO.
Experience doing buyer persona and audience research.
Familiarity with publishing and web design.
Develop and execute social media campaigns for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
Create and share engaging daily content, including text, images, and videos that promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand.
Ensure current social media strategy aligns with company goals and values.
Stay on top of current social media trends and evaluate how the company can best participate.
Monitor client engagement and interact with clients on social media posts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
