Responsibilities

Participating in the development of the social media strategy and oversee its execution

Creating, develop, and maintain the content schedule.

Providing campaign ideas

Managing and monitoring the hotels and restaurants social media accounts

Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing content daily across different social media like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter

Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring customer reviews

To regularly track, analyse and report, weekly, monthly and quarterly, on campaigns and channels\' performances vs. agreed KPIs and budget

To identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimise performance

To monitor and report on competitors\' online activities

Maintain strong relationship with Influencers in the market

Act as first point of contact with influencers

Qualifications

Thorough understanding of the latest trends in Social Media Marketing and strategies to increase followers, post likes, etc.

Understanding of and experience with social media management and measurement tools (Sprout Social experience preferred)

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Excellent attention to details

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Photography and videography shooting and editing

Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist

Data-driven thinking and strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to turn data and insights into online marketing initiatives

Fluent in English. Arabic preferred

At least 2 years of social media experience

Understanding of the luxury market Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop; social media listening/ tracking and analytic tools

Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus
