Responsibilities include: Drive customer acquisition and brand consideration through digital marketing channels, always ensuring that business goals are met. Maintains and increases presence on social networking sites including Facebook, LinkedIn, us, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. Be an advocate of the company in forums & social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. Work on organically enhancing the social media channels by implementing an SMO strategy. Regularly report insights gained from social media monitoring to the Marketing Managers to help them evolve their strategies. Works with the IT department to ensure social media tools are kept up to date and for CRM integration of campaigns. Monitors and implements trends in social media tools, approaches, and applications. Provides innovative ideas for running social media campaigns using all available resources. Creates social media calendar with the help of the design and content creation team and ensures implementation on time. Covers events and updates official social media channels. Qualification and training are required. Minimum 3 years of experience handling digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector. English fluency is mandatory. Arabic Language proficiency is a big plus. Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder. Key skills Proven track record of social media implantation and account / Page setup. First-hand experience creating and using social media tools for publishing and analyzing purposes. Reporting, analytics tracking, and fostering growth in engagement rate and followers for both paid and organic activations. Proven commitment to keeping up to date on the latest communication technologies. Ability to work on multiple projects parallelly. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to use tools such as Canva for social media designs. Able to work under pressure. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Team player. Can work under minimal supervision. Ability to represent the company and engage with the audience/client and attend to their query.
