Full We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist for banking industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategy for business in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals Create graphic designing content and implement Generating, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions Monitor and moderate social media care platforms and offer exceptional social media customer care through timely service, focused responses, engaging and pro-active interactions with customers in order to build brand awareness and create positive brand image. Significant part of the role will be to undertake social care responsibilities directly linked to the App store reviews and the customer comments and feedback on social media channels, including email care.
