Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Add and Twitter etc. to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.

Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
Manage and oversee social media content
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Provide constructive feedback
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity.
Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
