Job Description

We are hiring a talented Social Media specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media calendar and strategy to increase our online brand presence and generate qualified leads to support sales. Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
• Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
• Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly
• Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between client and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok , Snapchat & Twitter
• Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
• Generating hashtag trends and analyzing the mentions
• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Qualification:

• 3-5 years of social media management experience
• Master's degree in business, marketing, public relations or related field
• Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite or HubSpot or related will be a plus
• Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
