The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our brand\'s social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing social media metrics. Responsibilities: a. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement b. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content c. Manage social media campaigns, including planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns d. Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner e. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement f. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices g. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives Requirements: a. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field b. 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment c. Proven experience developing and implementing social media strategies d. Excellent written and verbal communication skills e. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions f. Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, such as Hoot suite, Sprout Social, or Buffer g. Experience with social media advertising and paid social campaigns is a plus h.
