SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing & Sales departments reporting to the CEO. and Responsibilities The person will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales. Including the following:

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
  • Define most important social media KPIs.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
  • Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms.
  • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our organization and brand.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
  • Analyze competitor activity.
  • Recommend improvements to increase performance.
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
  • Measure the success of every social media activity and campaign.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Use social media marketing tools effectively and efficiently to our organizations benefit.
  • Attend educational conferences, as and when needed.
  • Ensure that the content produced is informative and appealing.
  • Work in collaboration with other departments and the management.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Report activities to the management on a daily basis.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face.
  • Prepare, get approval and manage a budget for social media activities.
  • Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within our company.
  • Provide constructive feedback
REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATION:
  • 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers, SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques.
  • Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimization.
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
  • strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills.
  • Organizational skills, with the capacity to priorities and work across multiple projects.
  • Project and campaign management skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
  • Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

  • A relevant degree in Marketing or relevant field would be preferrable.

Working hours ,
  • 9am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Sat. 10.00 -4.00pm
What to expect & Salary
  • You're likely to find the role challenging but rewarding, as social media and the wider digital marketing industry is a continuously changing and fast-paced sector.
  • You'll usually be office based but may sometimes travel to meet clients or attend relevant networking events and conferences.
  • Be confident on the telephone to UK customers
  • Bonuses on target met.
  • Starting Salary will be 4500 AED plus bonus on target met.
  • Salary package to be reviewed after 6 months.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,500.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
