Al Mira Real Estate is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our growing successful team. With over 50 employees, we are one of the leading real estate brokerage companies in Abu Dhabi. We are committed to providing our employees a diverse and highly professional environment to support the growth of their career. Your Responsibilities include:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, including experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, SnapChat and others.
Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), web traffic metrics and Google Analytics.
Experience with HubSpot, HootSuite, or similar social media management tools.
Adequate Knowledge of Web Design, Web development, CRO & SEO.
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc., and Experience in SMS & Email-Marketing Campaign tools like Mail Chimp).
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
Good understanding of social media KPIs.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Strong creative mindset.
Superb organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic will be an added advantage).
Bachelors in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
