Located inside Ibn Battuta Gate, Jebel Ali, the venue spans 14,000 sq ft across six immersive zones, fusing Tex-Mex flavours, bold American comfort cuisine, live-fire grill experiences, with high-energy entertainment, featuring games, bull-rides, beer-pong, arcade zones and a "family friendly fun" vibe under one roof.

Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and energetic Social Media & PR Manager to lead our digital storytelling, brand visibility, and public relations strategy across Dubai and beyond.

The Social Media & PR Manager will oversee all social media content, influencer partnerships, media relations, and brand communications. You'll bring the voice and personality of Rodeo Drive to life driving engagement, boosting awareness, and increasing footfall to the venue.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute an integrated

Social Media & PR strategy

aligned with brand goals and seasonal campaigns. Create engaging digital content (Reels, Stories, posts) that highlight Rodeo Drive's food, drinks, events, and atmosphere. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, bloggers, and local content creators to generate coverage and buzz. Write and distribute press releases, event announcements, and brand stories to local and regional media. Manage social media accounts across platforms from content planning and posting to analytics tracking. Lead digital campaigns and paid ads to boost engagement and drive reservations. Attend and cover live events, theme nights, and promotions to create real-time, high-impact social content. Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience to continuously improve brand visibility. Work closely with the Marketing and Operations team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Experience:

Hospitality: 2 years (Required) American Bar & Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
