We're seeking an experienced

Social Media / PR Expert

to manage and elevate our brand's online presence. In this role, you'll develop and implement strategies that increase engagement, grow our follower base, enhance our brand reputation, and ensure consistent messaging across all public channels.

You will work closely with the marketing team, leadership, and external partners to ensure all communications align with our overall brand strategy and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management

Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.) Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content (text, images, video) Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to optimize performance Respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner Analyze performance metrics and report on ROI and engagement

Public Relations

Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners Craft and distribute press releases, media kits, and pitches Secure media coverage and manage interview opportunities Monitor media mentions and brand sentiment Manage PR crises with discretion and strategic communication

Collaboration & Strategy

Coordinate campaigns with marketing and product teams Maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all channels Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities to expand brand reach

Qualifications:

3+ years of proven experience in social media and/or public relations roles Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media and PR campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools Experience with PR databases, social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms Creative, strategic thinker with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment
